
salad:
1 red onion
1 avocado
2 cans mandarin oranges
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
2 heads lacey lettuce
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
dressing:
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
2/3 cup red wine vinager
2 tsp onion juice ( optional)
3 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 cups oil
Mix sugar, salt, mustard, vinager and onion juice in a blender. Add oil slowly. Mix in poppy seeds.
