whole 30: sweet potato crust quiche

one sweet potato
2 1/2 tbsp ghee
5 eggs
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped prociutto
3 green onions
1/2 tbsp sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika

-mince one sweet potato in a food processor
-combine with 2 1/2 tbsp ghee
-press into pie pan, bake at 450 for 20 min or until golden brown
-while the crust is baking, mix all other ingrediants together
-pour mixture into baked sweet potato crust and bake at 350 for 30 min

added nutritional yeast and ground mustard, and it rocked
crust needed to go in for a lot longer at a low temp to keep from burning
quiche needed to bake for an extra 7ish minutes

Texas Cheese Grits



Ingrediants
:
6 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups grits
2 tsp minced onion
1/2 stick margerine
1 lb Velveeta
1 6oz JalepeƱo cheese roll

Directions:
Cook grits in boiling water. Add other ingrediants. Stir well. Place in 13x9 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
