Sweet Potato Casserole


2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
3/4 stick margarine
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Topping One:
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 stick margerine

Topping Two:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup margerine
1 cup chopped pecans

Top with your choice of topping and bake at 400 degrees for another 15 minutes.
